Notes: TANK ONLY. This item must be removed by February 2, 2026, NO EXCEPTIONS. Skyland Grain requires proof of insurance from all transporters prior to accessing the property for pickup of the bulk tanks. Insurance requirements include wone million dollars $ liability insurance, five million dollars $ umbrella coverage and one million dollars $ workman’s compensation coverage. Everything is sold as is where is, no warranties are expressed or implied. No personnel from Skyland Grain will be available to help load anything, nor will Skyland Grain provide any equipment to help load anything. All responsibility and resources fall solely on the buyer themselves (dismantle, removal, loading and transportation is at the sole expense, risk and liability of the buyer). Skyland assumes no risk of property damage to any equipment, risk of loss transfers to buyer at time of sale. If this item is not removed by February 2, 2026, it will be returned to Skyland Grain's property, the customer forfeits all payments, and the contract becomes null and void.
