1995 Skinner Tank Company Liquid Storage Tank (GP10605), 1995 Skinner Tank Company approx. 500,000 gallon liquid storage tank, capacity (barrels) 11,640, nominal diameter: 51, nominal height: 32, manhole cover, had a liner in it but is has been removed, steps shown in pictures will be removed as well and are not included in the sale, tank is condemned due due to it being too thin in spots.

Notes: This tank must be removed by September 30, 2025, NO EXCEPTIONS. Dismantle, removal, loading and transportation is at the sole expense, risk and liability of the buyer.
