DESCRIPTION
Concrete Control Panel Building (ED5003), Concrete building on all sides and roof, 9 ft wide and 16 foot long, 36” door in the front, bolted down to a concert pad. This was an control electrical panel room for a cell tower on property that has been de-commissioned, it was used for all their electrical panel and computers when the tower was in use, it was climate controlled inside when it was in operations, has been de-commission for a few years now.

Notes: Must be removed by an insured contractor before September 1st, 2025. Dismantle, removal and transportation is at the sole expense, risk and liability of the buyer.
