Notes: This dryer must be removed by December 31, 2022, NO EXCEPTIONS. Dismantle, removal, loading and transportation is at the sole expense, risk and liability of the buyer. Proof of insurance must be given to seller before removal. Overhead power lines are in the vicinity of the dryer.
