1995 John Deere 9600 (CL152), been through shop and greenlighted the past two years, 3-7-18, new cam bolt on drivers side concave, new pulley on rotary air screen drive, new reel speed hydraulic valve, neplace both batteries and replaced bad cables, adjusted feeder house drum height into JD spec, adjusted feeder house variable drive to JD spec, replaced both feeder house latch pins/springs, replaced oil in reverser gear case, Replaced oil in primary gear case, adjust front chopper drive alignment, tighten clean grain elevator chain, replaced tailings elevator agitation paddles, sharpen chopper stationary blades, replaced engine fan bearings, replaced rotary air screen shaft and bearings, replaced fan speed shaft and trunnion on fan speed motor, 41 separator hours in 2018, replaced elevator belt, replaced shoe drive belt, replaced secondary countershaft belt, replaced front chopper belt, replaced cylinder belt, took 1/2 link out of clean grain chain and adjusted to JD Spec, tighten tailings elevator chain, replaced engine dampener, replaced right side final drive pinion shaft seal, replaced tailings drive pivots, replaced chopper drive pivots, replaced front amber light bulb, fix concave indicator light, replaced engine injectors, set engine valve lash, replaced rear feeder house seal 65 separator hours in 2018, greenlight 2018.
