Late Model Carter Day 212 Precision Grader Single Phase (NP0824, Unit 315), Late Model Carter Day 212 Precision Grader in excellent condition. Unit is equipped with a shaker conveyor for conveying the graded product out the end. The conveyor has a 1/2 hp single phase 115 / 208-230 volt motor. The grader has a 3/4 Hp single phase 115 / 208-230. It comes with 2 number 12 slotted grader shells that are loaded in the machine. Unit is equipped with the quick change grader shell kit. These machines have many uses in ag, recycling, plastics, and aggregates industries. If additional drums are need they can be purchased at the buyers expense from carter-day or CTI. CTI has many different sizes in our used inventory at reasonable prices. The Carter Day Precision Grader / Sizer provides methods of sizing or separating various grains and other granular materials by thickness and by width with exactness and uniformity. They can size and separate seed corn, sunflower, barley, wheat, oats, rice, shelled peanuts, soybeans, seeds, and other free-flowing granular material. The rotating cylinders present the material to the greatest amount of screen area in the least amount of time for better separations at high volumes. Rotating wiper blades are located at the top of the cylinders where near-sized material is gently pushed back down into the cylinder without damage to the seed. Every Precision Sizer is self-cleaning.
