Taylor Valve Bag Auger Packer (NP3881, Unit 168), Taylor Valve Bag Auger packer. Modeling stand is not included. Unit is powered by a 1/2 hp 115 volt single phase motor. The advantage of this style of bagger is that with the type of bag used a sewing line is not necessary. STANDARD FEATURES: 15 lb. to 125 lb. bag capacity. Up to 3 bags per minute. Spout for 5.5" valve bag. Accuracy +/- 0.4 lbs. Scale beam. Carbon steel painted frame. Taylor GW Series is a manually operated, gross weigh, auger packing scale used to fill valve style bags. The GW Series is ideal for free flowing course powders and granular materials such as: seeds, resins, plastics, sand, rubber granules, fertilizers and abrasives. Economical and easily portable, the GW Series is adaptable to your existing construction. The self-cleaning design makes product-changing easy, and avoids product-to-product contamination. The dual beam, double-poise scale is self-dampening, calibrated to one pound, with fine adjustment to achieve desired bag weight. To operate: place the bag on spout, pull the gate handle to start fill. It shuts off automatically when the target weight is achieved. Then, simply remove the bag from the spout and stack it on the pallet.
