2016 CEC 4x8 Screener (LD1349), Deutz diesel engine (engine S/N: 11717295), 48HP, in-frame 25 gallon fuel tank, electric brakes, dual axle, spring suspension, retractable pintle hitch, wide frame beam chassis, cross members, multi-pass welding, screen/conveyors/feeders are hydraulically driven by engine mounted hydraulic pumps, feed motor is variable speed, high capacity hydraulic tank, 3 cubic yard feed hopper with 36 inch roller belt feed, 2 ply feed belt, heavy duty picking style idlers - placed close for impact, rubber lagged head pulley, adjustable winged tail pulley, rubber skirt boards; Screen: 4x8 deck mounted on a sub-base frame on horizontal isolators, direct drive hydraulic motor with no belts to adjust, top and second deck are both side tension, decks are all on one level consisting of two pieces of screen mesh; Under Screen Conveyor: fines gathered under screen deck are carried up on a 30 inch conveyor belt and discharged onto an 18 inch side conveyor; Two Side Discharge Conveyors: Second deck side discharge conveyors delivers material to one side for product piling, 18 inch x12 foot, single fold for transport, single ply belt, conveyor has 6 foot discharge height when blocked in working position; shows 296 hours.
